Milpitas Skatepark
About Milpitas Skatepark
Milpitas Skate Park is a roughly 20,000-square-foot outdoor concrete facility in the Milpitas Sports Center complex, at 1325 E. Calaveras Blvd, Milpitas, California (some maps also list 206 N. Park Victoria Dr). Opened in October 2020, it replaced older, smaller public skate areas in the South Bay and serves a wide range of skill levels on smooth poured concrete. The layout mixes a deep pool-style bowl and a well-regarded mini-bowl with a street plaza (stairs, rails, ledges, a London-style gap, manual pads, and flat rails) and a long, flowing snake-run style section. The park is lighted for evening use and offers drinking fountains, benches, and restrooms nearby. Admission to the skatepark is free; fees apply for other Sports Center amenities such as the gym and pool. Milpitas requires helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads at all times. Skateboards, roller skates and inline skates, scooters, and BMX bicycles are allowed; motorized devices are not. The facility is unsupervised, and children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
