North Port Skatepark

Located at 5651 North Port Boulevard, the North Port Skate Park is a 14,000-square-foot concrete facility originally designed by the highly regarded builders at Team Pain Skateparks. It’s a free, mixed-use community park that caters to riders of all skill levels, from young beginners to advanced athletes. Park Features The layout offers a smooth mix of transition and street elements, alongside dedicated spaces for those just finding their footing: The Bowl: A standout, separate concrete bowl with varying depths ranging from 5 to 8 feet. Street & Flow Area: Equipped with concrete ramps, jumps, hubbas, rails, ledges, and boxes. Beginner Section: A separate pre-fab area perfect for younger kids or riders working on the basics without navigating the heavier traffic of the main bowl. Amenities: Clean restrooms, two covered picnic tables, vending machines, and an outdoor grill. Rules and Logistics Permitted Gear: The park allows the mixed use of skateboards, BMX bikes, and inline skates. Safety Requirements: Helmets are mandatory for all riders. Elbow and knee pads are highly recommended, and children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The park is equipped with lights for evening sessions. Parking: There is no dedicated parking lot directly on-site; visitors typically park right across the street in the police station parking lot.
