About Vanderhoof Skatepark

Location: Stewart Street East (Opposite the Aquatic Centre) Designer/Builder: New Line Skateparks (Built in 2019) Comprehensive Description: Built to serve the northern BC community, this modern New Line build maximizes a relatively small footprint by focusing heavily on continuous flow and accessible street tech. Rather than a massive bowl, the park utilizes a flowing perimeter of low-level transition, speed bumps, and rollers that allow riders to pump through the space without losing momentum. The distinct street section is dialed in for technical progression, featuring a clean 5-stair set flanked by a down hubba and handrail, alongside a central manual pad, flat ledges, and a flatbar.
