About Deerfield Skate Park (Jewett Park)

The modern Deerfield Skate Park in Jewett Park is a 10,000-square-foot outdoor concrete facility rebuilt in July 2020 as part of the Jewett Park 2.0 revitalization. The design-build was led by Spohn Ranch with a high-momentum flow concept centered on a snake run feeding into a large open bowl with improved transition geometry. Street features include hubba ledges, a London gap, manual pads, handrails, and a five-stair set, while preserving legacy identity elements from the older park such as the long double-sided curb and open-ended bowl. The park is free, generally open daily, and primarily used for skateboarding and in-line skating.
