Washington Terrace Park Skatepark

Opened in October 2014 following a multi-year push from local high school students, this park was built directly on top of an old asphalt tennis and roller hockey court. Spohn Ranch poured a 5-inch thick reinforced concrete slab over the existing footprint to create a highly functional, roughly 10,000-square-foot facility. Equipped with lighting for evening sessions, the park offers a well-balanced mix of street and transition elements designed for skateboarders, BMX riders, and scooter enthusiasts of all skill levels.
